The Classique range gathers pieces made above all to be used every day. Chopping boards, serving boards and solid wood objects are handmade in my workshop in Alsace, with the same care given to materials, joinery and finishes.
No need to overdo it here: the wood does the talking.

On end-grain boards the fibres are oriented vertically. The blade therefore works between the fibres rather than cutting straight across them. End grain tends to mark less and is gentler on the edge than a traditional board.
Every piece stays different
Even when a model repeats an existing format or composition, no two pieces of wood are ever alike. Grain, shades and contrasts give each piece its own character.
