The Création range gathers pieces in which the design takes centre stage. Timbers are chosen as much for their qualities as for their colours, their grain and the way they play off one another.
Each piece is conceived in the workshop, then built step by step: cutting, assembly, gluing, re-cutting, re-composition... until the final pattern emerges.
Here, wood is no longer just used to make the object: it creates the design.
Patterns built into the material
The graphic effects are neither printed, stained nor applied. They come directly from assembling different solid timbers. Every line, every contrast and every change of direction is a real piece of wood, cut and then joined to the others.
Every series has its own identity
A composition can be repeated across several pieces, but the result will never be exactly identical. The grain, the natural shades and the variations of each piece make every creation different.
Between use and display
LPBB creations are made to be used every day, but their graphic quality also lets them simply be put on display.
