Areas and prices

Shipments are handled by Mondial Relay. The prices below are customer prices including VAT, for a parcel up to 10 kg.

• France — Pick-up point / Locker: €13.90
• France — Home delivery: €25.90
• Europe (European Union) — Pick-up point / Locker: €20.90
• Furniture, oversized pieces or specific projects: delivery on quotation

The 10 kg limit is deliberately kept as a safety margin for packed boards. The pick-up point is chosen during the order when this method is selected.

Digital plans

Manufacturing plans are not shipped. They are downloaded as a PDF file as soon as payment is received, from the link sent by email or from your customer area, with or without an account. For an order paid by bank transfer, the link is sent when the payment is received.

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are not shipped: the code and a printable voucher (PDF) are sent by email as soon as payment is received. For an order paid by bank transfer, they are sent when the payment is received.

Lead times

Available pieces are prepared within two to four working days, then handed to the carrier. For a "Made to order" piece, the lead time is confirmed before any payment. For complex pieces and some Signature creations, the manufacturing time may be up to eight weeks.

Payment by bank transfer

When an order is paid by bank transfer, the order is reserved for five days. If payment is not received within this period, the order may be cancelled and the stock put back on sale.

Outside the European Union

The site is available in British English, but delivery outside the European Union (United Kingdom, Switzerland and other countries) is not opened automatically. Write to me so we can look at shipping, customs constraints and cost.

On receipt

Check the condition of the parcel before signing. If a parcel is open, deformed or has clearly been knocked about, note precise reservations on the carrier's document and let me know quickly, with photographs if possible.
